
Returns / Exchange / Warranty Policy

Customer buys unit on 3rd Party website:

Customer must contact 3rd party website where order was placed to set up a return for all reasons other than defective or incorrect product received. We will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase provided that product is in new condition. Buyer must pay for return shipping. In order for return to be accepted, product must be in New condition with all original packaging. Used product returns will not be accepted. A return authorization must be provided prior to any product being sent back to us.

If product received is damaged or defective, customer must send us an email to Info@petlifecentral.com and provide images of the defective product. After images are provided and product is proven to be damaged we will have a replacement shipped out to you. We will also choose whether or not to send you out a return label to ship back the defective product or to have it disposed of. Defective returns we receive will be donated to adoption and needy animal centers. If a replacement unit is not available, we will have the order refunded through the 3rd party seller. Products purchased on Amazon.com and proven defective should be directed to Amazon.

Product exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase provided that product is in new condition. Customer will be responsible for shipping original product back to us as well as shipping the exchange unit. Return authoriaztion must be provided prior to sending any product back to us.

All In-store product must be returned directly to the retailer.
How to Returns / Exchange:

Send an email to Info@petlifecentral.com and provide your order number, where you had purchased your product, reason for your return and a member of our team will respond within 2 business days or sooner.
Manufacturer Warranty:

90 days from the date of purchase if product is proven defective or damaged not due to excessive ware & tare.

PETKIT product include a 1 year manufacturer warranty.
Product Insurance:

Product Insurance is only available if you wish to purchase any PETKIT branded products. Our insurance policy covers 2 years from the date of purchase and must be purchased within 14 Days of receiving product. Product insurance covers any exchanges and calculated by 10% of the purchase price. Proof of purchase must be provided (Order Number, Place of Purchase). If interested in product insurance please send an email to Info@petlifecentral.com.
